Education Development Plan & Xello

EDP and Xello
The Educational Development Plan (EDP) is a state-required tool that helps students connect their interests, skills, and goals to future academic and career opportunities. Through Xello, students complete interactive activities and lessons that guide them in exploring careers, researching colleges, and setting personal goals.
Each year, students build upon their EDP by:
  • Completing career and personality assessments
  • Exploring postsecondary options
  • Setting and tracking goals
  • Updating their résumé and experiences

Our Goal

By completing their EDPs through Xello, students take meaningful steps toward becoming future-ready—developing self-awareness, goal-setting, and decision-making skills that connect learning today to life after graduation.
We encourage families to discuss their child’s EDP and career interests at home and explore Xello together.  You can access Xello by logging into Office 365 and selecting the Xello app using your student’s school email and password.
Thank you for your continued partnership in helping our students plan for a bright and successful future!
