Forgotten Harvest Survey

I am sharing the message below from Mayor Lori Stone regarding an important community initiative in partnership with Forgotten Harvest.
The City of Warren is gathering input from residents to help develop a new program designed to better support individuals and families experiencing food insecurity. Community feedback will directly inform how this program is structured and implemented.
I am asking that you please share the survey link below with your families and school community. This is an opportunity to support members of our community who may be in need and to strengthen access to local resources.
Forgotten Harvest Survey

Cognia Survey

Parents and Guardians,

We want to inform you that students in Warren Consolidated Schools will be participating in the Cognia Student Perception Survey during the upcoming weeks in grades 9 through 12.

The Cognia survey is part of our district’s continuous improvement process and provides students with an opportunity to share feedback about their learning experiences, school climate, and overall engagement. The results help schools and the district reflect on strengths and identify areas for growth.

For transparency, families may review the Cognia Student Perception Survey in advance. A copy of the survey is available on the district website--Click Here.

If you have any questions about the survey or your child’s participation, please feel free to contact us.

Thank you for your continued partnership and support.
