Cognia Survey

Parents and Guardians,

We want to inform you that students in Warren Consolidated Schools will be participating in the Cognia Student Perception Survey during the upcoming weeks in grades 9 through 12.

The Cognia survey is part of our district’s continuous improvement process and provides students with an opportunity to share feedback about their learning experiences, school climate, and overall engagement. The results help schools and the district reflect on strengths and identify areas for growth.

For transparency, families may review the Cognia Student Perception Survey in advance. A copy of the survey is available on the district website--Click Here.

If you have any questions about the survey or your child’s participation, please feel free to contact us.

Thank you for your continued partnership and support.
